Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 6:55 pm

A man who tried to bribe talk show host OPRAH WINFREY for $1.5 million (£750,000) has had his charges dismissed by a Chicago, Illinois court.
Keifer Bonvillain was accused of bribing the media tycoon with information that "would embarrass her if it were made public".
He was charged in a federal court with trying to extort money by threatening to injure a person’s reputation, but the case was dismissed by prosecutors today (02May07).
In return, Bonvillain will be placed under one year’s supervision during which he must hold a job or attend classes, complete 50 hours of community service and pay $3,000 (£1,500) in compensation to the FBI.
