IGGY POP GOES FROM PUNK TO FLOWER POWER

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 9:01 am

Punk rocker IGGY POP will stun his loyal fanbase by supporting the famed British Chelsea Flower Show.
The singer will lend his name to a garden created by the charity The Children’s Society.
He says the garden, which will be called Lust For Life after one of his songs, was "full of optimism as young people should be … but too many people aren’t." The charity adds, "Punk and petunias don’t normally mix, but our garden inspired by Iggy Pop is bringing a bit of rock ‘n’ roll to Chelsea." The Chelsea Flower Show opens on 22 May.
