The newly single prince talked intimately with blonde Holly, 25, at brother Prince Harry’s farewell bash ahead of his deployment to Iraq at London’s Mahiki club on Friday (27.04.07).
William - who split from his girlfriend of four years Kate Middleton earlier this month - and the Virgin heiress sipped £100 Treasure Chest cocktails and shared four dances together.
One source told Britain’s Sunday Mirror newspaper: ‘If I were a betting man, I’d put a very good wager on Holly becoming William’s next girlfriend.’ Holly was not the only girl to catch 24-year-old William’s eye.
The prince also reportedly became ‘transfixed’ with a mystery blonde who he poured his heart out to.
William allegedly confessed that the reason behind his recent split was that he was not ready to marry. A club source told Britain’s The Sun newspaper: ‘Wills spent the latter part of the evening transfixed by this gorgeous blonde who chain-smoked and talked in his ear.
‘He said he was still getting used to being single, but wanted to enjoy himself. He told her he hadn’t been ready to get married but didn’t want to talk about Kate.
‘He was bowled over by the young lady.’ William was obviously enjoying his newfound status as Britain’s most eligible bachelor and didn’t leave the club until 3.35am.
