CAGE’S ‘MODEST’ CASTLE

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 1:16 am

American actor NICOLAS CAGE insists the German castle he recently bought was a "modest" purchase, and isn’t as grand a home as it sounds.
The Con Air star is a history buff who likes "old things", and jumped at the chance to live in a castle.
But the 43-year-old is quick to point out the building only has four bedrooms.
He says, "It really isn’t a castle. Let me be clear about it - it’s from the 1300s, it’s more of a schloss, meaning it’s not for the kings and queens, it’s more where the knights would go in the old days.
"By castle standards it’s very small, it’s quaint, it’s modest. (It has) four bedrooms."
