BIRKHEAD GETS THE OK TO LEAVE THE BAHAMAS WITH BABY
ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s ex-boyfriend LARRY BIRKHEAD has been given the all-clear to leave the Bahamas with his baby daughter Dannielynn.
A judge has greenlighted the photographer’s plans to return home to Burbank, California with the baby - as long as Birkhead agrees to return for a full custody hearing in June (07).
But TMZ.com claims Smith’s estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, has objected to the new ruling and could appeal.
Birkhead was named Dannielynn’s biological father earlier this month (Apr07) after a lengthy paternity battle.
