TRAVOLTA’S WILD HOGS ENJOYS SECOND WEEK AT TOP OF UK BOX OFFICE
JOHN TRAVOLTA’s road comedy WILD HOGS has managed to stay number one in the UK box office for its second week.
The film took in almost $2 million (£1 million) over the weekend (ends22Apr07) bringing the total UK earnings to $6.4 million (£3.2 million).
Sir Anthony Hopkins’ latest film Fracture came in at second with a $1.7 million (£850,000) turnover, pushing Mr. Bean’s Holiday into third place which pulled $1.65 million (£827,000) in its fourth week. Blades of Glory came fourth, while Justin Timberlake held his own as a drug dealing teenage gangster in Alpha Dog, which debuted at number five.
