COMEDY WRITER VOSBURGH DIES
American comedy writer DICK VOSBURGH has died. He was 77.
The star, born Richard Kennedy Vosburgh, passed away on 18 April (07) after a long battle with cancer.
Throughout his career, Vosburgh scripted jokes for the likes of comedians Ronnie Corbett, Kenny Everett, John Cleese and Lenny Henry, and contributed material to the British TV series, Monty Python.
He is survived by his wife Beryl, and his six children.
