STALLONE OFFERS MEDICAL EVIDENCE IN DRUG CASE
LATEST: Hollywood actor SYLVESTER STALLONE has provided an Australian court with medical documents after he was charged with illegally importing performance drugs into the country.
The Rocky star was caught in possession of vials of a human growth hormone at Sydney Airport in February (07) - which is an illegal substance in Australia.
Stallone was not present at the court hearing today (24Apr07) and is yet to enter a plea.
His lawyer, John Chicken, says, "We’re certainly seeking to move to a resolution." The case was adjourned until 15 May (07) to allow customs to examine medical material. If found guilty, he faces a large fine.
