ROCKER BREAKS ELBOW
HAMMERFALL frontman JOACIM CANS is recovering after breaking his elbow in a freak martial arts accident.
The Scandinavian heavy-metaller fell awkwardly while warming up before a taekwon-do bout.
He explains, "It was during the warm-up. I somehow slipped into the concrete wall."
