The rapper-and-actor is asking $1.9 million for his eight-bedroom Claremont mansion, which once appeared on MTV show ‘Cribs’.
Prudential real estate broker Geoff Hamill said: ‘It’s virtually brand new. It’s on a cul-de-sac. It’s in a family area in a college town.’ The property is located on the exclusive Blaisdell Ranch, 30 miles east of Los Angeles.

Movie bosses think the British actress is a perfect choice to play the cult 60s heroine - a role made famous by Jane Fonda in the original 1968 erotic space adventure.
A source told Britain’s Daily Express newspaper: "Jane Fonda made the ‘Barbarella’ role very much her own all those years ago and she is bound to be a tough act to follow.
"But the feeling is that Kate has just the right combination of beauty, humour and acting talent for the part." Sienna Miller, Angelina Jolie and Halle Berry have also been linked to the role.
The script for the £55 million project will be written by Robert Wade and Neal Purvis, who penned ‘Casino Royale’.
Peter Webber, whose credits include ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’ and ‘Hannibal Rising’, is set to direct.
Producer Dino De Laurentiis said: "The reinvented heroine will be akin to a female James Bond - in outer space." In the original film, Barbarella stripped naked before being taken to a mysterious planet where she battled her enemies and had several sexual experiences.

The Mexican-born ‘Frida’ star believes Latino women were only given supporting roles in films until she and Lopez pushed the boundaries.
Salma told Marie Clare magazine: ‘I started out in Hollywood at the same time as Jennifer Lopez.

The ‘Crazy in Love’ singer, who is contracted to Sony for another two albums, is considering signing with Def Jam records – of which her long-term boyfriend Jay-Z is president.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: ‘Jay-Z has been trying to get her to Def Jam for a while. He would love to oversee her career - he kind of does anyway.’ Sony will reportedly have to pay over the odds to keep the 25-year-old singer.
The source said: ‘Sony has had a bad year - all the hit acts, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera and the ‘American Idol’ kids, are all on BMG.
‘They can’t afford to lose Beyoncé. They’ll probably mortgage the farm to keep her. Which means a lot more money for Beyoncé - and Jay-Z if they get married.’ Representatives for Beyoncé, Sony and Jay-Z all declined to comment.

The former Bee Gee - who purchased the lakeside house in Hendersonville, Tennessee in 2006 - says the land where the country singer’s home stood should be ‘protected forever’.
Gibb and his wife Linda now plan to build their home on a higher ground away from the scene of the fire last Tuesday (10.04.07).
The singer said: ‘Linda and I have decided to build our own home on the higher ground surrounding the Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash home and the original foundations shall be kept intact and preserved for the people of Hendersonville and the people of Nashville.’ Gibb had hoped to remodel the famous glass and wood building on the shore of Old Hickory Lake and eventually write songs there with his wife.
The building apparently caught fire after a spark ignited a wood preservative applied to the interior.
Gibb paid his respects to the singer’s family, saying: ‘To the Cash Carter families we owe the highest respect and the deepest regret that our dream could not be realised. Now there is a new dream for us and a new beginning.’ Cash bought the house in 1968 and he and his wife June Carter Cash lived there until their deaths in 2003.

The ‘Tomb Raider’ actress’ mother Marcheline Bertrand died of ovarian cancer in January and details of her will – revealing the outstanding spousal support payments – were revealed after it was filed at Los Angeles Superior Court on April 10.
A source close to Voight said: ‘Jon paid spousal support to Marcheline years ago and was very generous to her. Where that dollar amount came from I have no idea.’ The 56-year-old left $100,000 to her ‘beloved grandson’ Maddox and was updated with a note to ‘add Zahara and the new little precious one (Shiloh)’ leaving them $100,000 each.
Marcheline named Angelina and her older brother James Haven as co-executors of her will and left most of her $2 million estate to them.
Marcheline met Voight shortly after his Oscar nomination for 1969’s ‘Midnight Cowboy’. They married in 1971, but Marcheline filed for divorce seven years later. They had two children – Angelina and James.
Angelina has four children – adopted five-year-old Cambodian son Maddox, adopted two-year-old Ethiopian daughter Zahara, 11-month-old Shiloh, her daughter with boyfriend Brad Pitt, and three-year-old Vietnamese boy Pax Thien, who she adopted in March.

The ‘Toxic’ singer – who only rehired Larry Rudolph after filing for divorce from Kevin Federline in November – allegedly blames him for her recent career mistakes and blunders, according to the New York Post newspaper.
The 25-year-old mother-of-two is said to have been suffering from postpartum depression and her heavy partying sparked a mini-breakdown – culminating in her shaving her head before agreeing to enter rehab.
It was Rudolph who allegedly introduced Britney to socialite Paris Hilton and encouraged them to party together.
Britney could face legal repercussions if she has fired Rudolph as she reportedly signed a lengthy deal with him after rehiring him to help with her pop comeback.
Britney recently rehired PR guru Leslie Sloane Zelnik – who also represents Lindsay Lohan – to help restore her battered image.
The ‘Toxic’ singer has been busy working on her comeback album since leaving Malibu’s Promises centre last month. She has been in and out of recording studios and been attending regular dance classes.

Two nude photographs of Kate Moss are expected to sell for £40,000 in a London auction next month. The two prints will go under the hammer at London’s Christie’s auction house next month. One of the photos – taken by Irving Penn in 1996 – shows Kate sitting in the nude from sideways on and is expected to fetch around £22,000. The other picture, taken by Albert Watson, is valued at £15,000.
Also available is a famous picture taken by Corinne Day when Kate was just 16, along with an iconic image of the model dressed in pants and a pink vest surrounded by fairy lights. The photo was taken by Corinne as part of a fashion shoot for Vogue magazine when Kate was 19, and is expected to be sold for £7,000. There will also be a rare set of six prints, snapped by Chuck Close, of Kate without make-up, which are expected to sell for between £15,000 and £20,000. Christie’s King Street Sale of Photographs takes place on May 31.

Kirsten Dunst believes ‘Spider-Man 4′ will be a flop if she and Tobey Maguire don’t star in it. The actress - who plays Mary Jane Watson, the love interest of the superhero’s alter-ego Peter Parker, in the hit movie series – insists any attempt to continue the franchise without her, Tobey – who plays the web-slinger – and director Sam Raimi would be a box-office disaster.
She told Entertainment Weekly: "Audiences aren’t stupid. It’d be a big flop without me, Tobey or Sam." Dunst is doubtful Sony Pictures would want to make a fourth movie if Raimi wasn’t at the helm.
She added: "That would really not be the smartest move. But they already know that." Dunst and Maguire have both distanced themselves from a fourth movie, with the pair admitting they would like to pursue other roles.
Maguire said: "I feel like this film is kind of a natural conclusion to a lot of stuff that’s happened in the first two movies. It kind of feels like a natural trilogy. I’m not going to make more just because they’ve been successful." Raimi is rumoured to be in the running to direct the film version of J.R.R. Tolkien’s classic novel ‘The Hobbit’, which is a prequel to the ‘Lord of the Rings’ books.
He is said to be first choice if New Zealand filmmaker Peter Jackson, who directed the Oscar-winning ‘Lord of the Rings’ films, turns the project down.
Meanwhile, ‘Spider-Man 3′ had its world premiere in Tokyo yesterday (16.04.07).
Maguire took his jewellery maker fiancée Jennifer Meyer and their baby daughter Ruby along to the glitzy event because he can’t bear to be apart from them.
The actor - who braved the rain to walk down the red carpet with his co-star Dunst - said: "I love being a dad. I didn’t want to be away from them and I didn’t want my fiancée Jen to miss this. It’s a pretty eventful moment and I wanted to be with them. I haven’t been away for a night yet.’ After several premieres across the globe ‘Spider-Man 3′ opens worldwide on May 4.

Marvel Studios has cast the actor as the Hulk’s alter-ego nuclear physicist Dr. Bruce Banner. He will take over the role from Eric Bana, reports Variety magazine.
The storyline will see Banner, who is on the run from the US military, trying to cure himself of the condition that turns him into the giant green monster.
Co-producer Kevin Feige said: "The film will be a fun, high-octane event. We could not be more excited about this project." The latest movie is expected to be less serious and more in tune with the comic book series than 2003’s ‘Hulk’, which was directed by Ang Lee.
‘Hulk’ opened strongly, but failed to match the box office takings of other Marvel films such as ‘Spider-Man’, ‘X-Men’ and ‘Ghost Rider’.
Louis Leterrier, who previously worked on ‘The Transporter’, will direct the movie, while Zak Penn – who wrote the ‘X-Men’ sequels – will pen the script.
Filming is due to begin this summer, with a scheduled release of June 2008.

TOM HANKS will become the highest paid actor in Hollywood history when he stars in a follow up to THE DA VINCI CODE.
Columbia Pictures has reportedly agreed to pay Hanks between $29 million (£15 million) and $49 million (£25 million) to appear in Angels and Demons, based on an earlier Dan Brown book. Hanks was paid $25 million (£13 million) for the earlier movie.
Hanks will reprise the role of Robert Langdon in Angels and Demons, which is set before the Da Vinci Code.
Jim Carrey was the previous top earning actor, collecting $39million (£20 million) for his role in Cable Guy in 1996.
