Donna Hogan reveals the late Playboy model took drugs Xanax and Vicodin to overcome the crippling pain caused by two breast enhancements.
In her new book, Train Wreck: The Life and Death of Anna Nicole Smith, Hogan says drugs and alcohol were the only form of relief for her sister.
She says, "Due to the extent of the increase in size, the extra weight of her breasts caused her all sorts of pain from her back to her neck to headaches to the pain of that added mass pulling at the tissue and pectoral glands especially when she was not wearing any kind of support. She had to resort to medication." The 39-year-old died after being found unconscious in her hotel room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Florida following a drug overdose in February (07).

Music legend SIR PAUL McCARTNEY will pay tribute to his late wife LINDA in the title of his new album Memory Almost Full.
The title is reportedly an anagram of For My Soulmate LLM (Linda Louise McCartney). It is believed much of the material for the record was inspired by the break-up of his second marriage to Heather Mills.
A source close to the 64-year-old tells British newspaper the Sunday Mirror, "It is a title Paul has had on his mind for a long time, even before Linda died. He’d never have used it if things were going well with Heather.
"But this record is very much the break-up album. It’s a homage to the woman who remains the true love of his life - and his soulmate.

Troubled pop star BRITNEY SPEARS has recorded a bizarre video message seemingly supporting her management’s decision to force her into rehab.
The TOXIC singer, who completed a month-long stint at a California rehabilitation clinic in March (07), stopped photographers following her in Los Angeles to record the incoherent piece.
Spears, 25, said, "I just want to say that I’m just really, really shocked at like how nice our world is because it is just so nice.
"Like, oh my god. Like the other day like I was sitting there and I saw all these magazines and they said I was pregnant and like it’s so true.
"It was so right and like my management totally knew what they were doing when they sent me to rehab. So right you know?" The incident follows reports earlier this week (ends15Apr07) that Spears is fed up with her longtime manager Larry Rudolph.

Hollywood superstar WILL SMITH is reuniting with his old hip-hop partner JAZZY JEFF for a world tour.
The pair found fame in the 1980s and 1990s with hit records including Parents Just Don’t Understand and Summertime, and won the first ever Grammy in the Rap category in 1989.
Now Smith has vowed to put his hugely successful movie career on hold to revisit the project - both in the studio and on stage.
He says, "We always talk about doing a JJFP (Jazzy Jeff and Fresh Prince) record and a huge tour, we just have to clear the time to do it. Right now, the plan is we are supposed to go out on tour together at the end of this year."

Roxy Music star BRYAN FERRY has provoked outrage by confessing he admires the Nazi propaganda machine.
Ferry praised the work of propaganda filmmaker Leni Riefenstahl in an interview with German magazine Welt am Sonntag.
He said, "My god, the Nazis knew how to put themselves in the limelight and present themselves.
"Leni Riefenstahl’s movies and Albert Speer’s buildings and the mass parades and the flags - just amazing. Really beautiful." The comments have prompted angry reactions from groups in Germany as well as the British-Jewish community.
A journalist for German women’s magazine Freundin writes, "This can’t be called intellectual humour and it tests even my tolerance when you hear such stupid, crazy and dangerous waffling." However, Ferry’s manager Steven Howard dismisses the uproar, saying, "To take offence here is to confuse the aesthetic with the ideological.
"To suggest that a certain appreciation of art and architecture that happens to be associated with the Nazi regime means condoning the actions of that regime is illogical."

DAVID and VICTORIA BECKHAM have threatened to sue the producers of a TV documentary which follows their look-a-likes as they fool fans in Los Angeles, insisting it will ruin their reputation.
The superstar couple, who are moving to the city this summer, are furious with producers at Sky One.
Their manager Simon Fuller says the documentary, which follows ringers Andy Harmer and Camilla Shadbolt as they trick shop staff into giving them free gifts and con a garage owner into letting them test drive a Lamborghini, could be detrimental to the Beckham brand.
A Sky spokesman says, "We can confirm acknowledgement of a legal letter on behalf of the Beckhams, but cannot comment any further." The show, also featuring British comic Iain Lee as the fake couple’s PA, is due to air on 3 May (07).

The father of MADONNA’s adopted son DAVID BANDA is disappointed he hears so little of the baby she brought from Malawi to the UK six months ago (Oct06).
Yohane Banda, who claims he still has no regrets about giving up his child, has begged the pop star to give him regular updates of his son’s progress abroad.
Speaking ahead of Madonna’s planned charity visit to the African country this week (begs16Apr07), Banda claims he isn’t even sure she’ll visit.
He says, "Officially I haven’t heard anything. There has been no communication whatsoever but I have heard the rumours and I get the feeling that she might be coming.
"I am excited. I hope that there will be an opportunity for me to see my son.
"I understand that she is a busy person, but if there is an opportunity, I would appreciate it if she could tell me how my son is doing, which has not been the case so far."

The Grease: You’re The One That I Want host has reignited a 20-year-old romance with actor James Lance, a man she first dated when they were students together at London’s Sylvia Young Stage School.
The pair, both 32, are dividing their time between the US and Britain and Van Outen is thrilled she’s finally found someone who can keep up with her transatlantic career.
She says, "He’s someone living the same life as I am between LA and London.
I’ve been out there for the last few months and we spent a lot of time there together." Van Outen, currently a judge on West End reality show Any Dream Will Do, was previously engaged to Jamiroquai frontman Jay Kay.

Boxer MIKE TYSON has signed on for a cameo in a Bollywood promotional video.
The former heavyweight boxing champion will dance to Indian pop music in the promo for new comedy Fool And Final.
The boxing champ was chosen for the role because the new film follows the fortunes of a fighter, played by Sunny Deol.
A production spokesman says, "The movie is a laugh riot, and the filmmakers thought Tyson would be great in the promo."

LATEST: Argentine soccer legend DIEGO MARADONA’s condition is "clinically stable" according to the hospital he was readmitted to on Friday (12Apr07).
The star was reportedly fighting for his life and suffering excruciating stomach pains at the Guemes hospital in Buenos Aires, just two days after ending a 13-day hospital detox there.
However, a spokesperson for the Los Arcos clinic said in a statement, "Twenty-four hours after his hospitaliSation, Diego Maradona no longer exhibits the symptoms which led to his admittance." However, he added Maradona’s "hospitalisation will continue so that doctors can manage and monitor his progress".
The sports ace, 46, has fought cocaine addiction, alcohol abuse and obesity since retiring from the sport 10 years ago.

Hit show GREY’S ANATOMY has been honoured by a gay organisation despite recent criticism of its lead actor for using a homophobic slur.
The show was given the Outstanding Individual Episode award for Where The Boys Are by The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) last night (14Apr07).
Actor Isaiah Washington came under fire last year (06) after using an anti-gay slur to talk about a co-star.
Other winners included Little Miss Sunshine for Outstanding Film, while Ugly Betty won Outstanding Television Comedy Series and Brothers & Sisters took home the Outstanding Drama Series award.
Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston and tennis great Martina Navratilova were also praised for their work in promoting gay rights.
The 18th annual GLAAD Media Awards - consisting of 42 categories - are divided into four ceremonies, held in Los Angeles, New York, Miami and San Francisco in March, April and May.

Actor CHARLIE SHEEN has settled a lawsuit brought against him by a disgruntled woman who claimed a character on his hit TV show was based on her life.
Ursula Auburn sued Sheen in April 2006, claiming the "wacky neighbour and female stalker Rose" on Two and a Half Men was inspired by her without permission.
She claimed Rose’s speech, clothes and look resembled her too much to be accidental. Her suit also cited an episode where Rose creates a website detailing Sheen’s character Charlie Harper’s womanising ways. In real life, Auburn created an internet page detailing her relationship with Sheen.
According to Superior Court documents the suit was settled yesterday (14Apr07) in Los Angeles.

Pop star HILARY DUFF is back on speaking terms with her ex-boyfriend after he left her devastated by ending their lengthy romance last November (06) and started dating Nicole Richie.
Duff, 19, had a miserable Christmas (06) as she recovered from the split but recently met up with Madden backstage at MTV show Total Request Live and now enjoys regular email correspondence from her ex.
She says, "Joel was my boyfriend for two years and I loved him - he was a very important part of my life… We e-mail all the time now and are at a really good place." "He used to say, ‘I don’t think there are too many people out there who really get you, but I do.’ And he did. I could be stupid, silly, funny, or crazy, and he got it.
"He gave me a sense of confidence and independence I didn’t have before."

Legendary singer DON HO has died of heart failure. He was 76.
The crooner passed away in Hawaii yesterday (14Apr07) after suffering heart problems for the past several years.
In 2005 the Tiny Bubbles singer even underwent an experimental stem cell procedure on his heart in Thailand.
Promoter Tom Moffatt, who attended Ho’s final Waikiki show on Thursday (12Apr07), said the performer had given no sign of ill health.
He says, "Don was in great spirits. He was fine." Ho often insisted his successful career was an accident, laughing, "I had no intention of being an entertainer. I just played songs I liked from the radio, and pretty soon the place was jammed." Before singing full-time, Ho joined the US Air Force, piloting transport planes between Hickam Air Force Base in Honolulu and Tokyo.
He later became a television star too, hosting the The Don Ho Show from 1976 to 1977.
Ho is survived by his wife, Haumea, and 10 children, including Hoku, who sometimes performed with her father.
