The SWEET ESCAPE singer, who gave birth to baby KINGSTON last year (MAY06) with husband GAVIN ROSSDALE, also claims being a mother has made her more feminine.
Stefani, 37 says, "I’ve gotten a little more feminine over the last few years.
"As the years go by, you get more comfortable with looking more like a woman.
"Your metabolism is like, whooosh! "You’re sleep deprived, but you have this crazy amount of energy because of all those hormones. Rapper SNOOP DOGG has dismissed comparisons between sexist hip hop lyrics and the recent racist remarks made by American radio DJ DON IMUS.
Imus was suspended by CBS Radio and MSNBC on Monday (09APR07) after he referred to the Rutgers University women’s basketball team as ‘nappy-headed hoes’ - a racially charged sexist term.
Snoop frequently refers to women as "b**ches" and "hoes" in his music, but insists Imus’ use of the term was unacceptable and the 66-year-old DJ should be taken off the air.
The DOGGYSTYLE star says, "It’s a completely different scenario, "(Rappers) are not talking about no collegiate basketball girls who have made it to the next level in education and sports. "We’re talking about hoes that’s in the ‘hood that ain’t doing s**t, that’s trying to get a n**ga for his money. These are two separate things. "First of all, we ain’t no old-ass white men that sit up on MSNBC going hard on black girls. "We are rappers that have these songs coming from our minds and our souls that are relevant to what we feel. I will not let them muthaf**kas say we are in the same league as him.

JENNIFER LOPEZ has slammed US reports claiming her marriage to third husband MARC ANTHONY is in jeopardy, branding the allegations "disgusting lies".
An article in the new edition of American magazine OK! reports the couple have "called it quits" after a tumultuous few months, in which the "controlling" Anthony has "suffocated" his wife.
Quoting a source close to the pair, the article says, "Marc is very machismo.
(He) won’t let her even do a photo shoot by herself. He is always there watching, waiting." But Lopez denies her marriage is on the rocks and is looking into taking legal action against the publication.
Her representative tells the New York Daily News, "(The article is) a disgusting story full of lies. We’re consulting lawyers." A friend of the couple adds, "They’re inseparable. The star of 12 TARZAN films, CHEETA the chimpanzee, celebrated his 75th birthday this week (10APR07).
Cheeta is the world’s oldest chimp and has outlived both his human Tarzan co-stars JOHNNY WEISSMULLER and MAUREEN O’SULLIVAN.
The chimp was first discovered by an animal trainer on a trip to Africa in the 1930s and went on to be the star of the blockbuster movies throughout the 1930s and 1940s.
He is currently living in a primate centre in Palm Springs, California.

Veteran British actress JOANNA LUMLEY has launched a campaign to improve the living conditions of battery chickens, claiming they live in "ghastly sustained cruelty".
The star of British TV comedy ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS is working side-by-side with Compassion In World Farming (CIWF), a charity which aims to improve welfare for farmed animals.
She is hoping the campaign will encourage shoppers to buy free range products. She says, "Shoppers don’t have a lot of time and if eggs are labelled ‘corn fed’ or ‘farm fresh’, they think it sounds lovely. "But these terms can gloss over the most ghastly sustained cruelty to living creatures. I know people wouldn’t buy this products if they knew."

Bollywood star RAHUL KHANNA has become the latest celebrity to join a campaign to protest the inhumane treatment of animals - and has been publicly shackled for the cause.
The actor joins stars AISHWARYA RAI, SHILPA SHETTY and MADHURI DIXIT in the animal rights campaign for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
Khanna, wearing a torn T-shirt and shackled in chains, posed for the organisation’s latest advert which aims to highlight the suffering of elephants in India’s cities and zoos.
ANURADHA SAWHNEY, chief functionary for PETA India, says, "It’s a simple fact. When a celebrity speaks, people listen.
"Every time a celebrity speaks out for a cause, be it for animal abuse in circuses, or their conditions in zoos, or the suffering in factory farms, a lot of compassionate people come forward to find out how they can help."

Comedy stars RICKY GERVAIS and VICTORIA WOOD have been nominated for acting prizes at the forthcoming British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) TV awards.

Microsoft billionaire BILL GATES is planning to travel into space, his friend and current space tourist CHARLES SIMONYI has revealed.
The announcement was made by cosmonaut FYODOR YURCHIKHIN during a talk to journalists from the International Space Station, where software tycoon Simonyi is spending the next nine days.
Simonyi paid $25 million (£13 million) for his experience and claims Gates the world’s richest man - is preparing for his own space mission.
Yurchikhin says, "Charles said that Bill Gates is also preparing to visit space. So the next time someone will be with Bill Gates. For me this is the biggest surprise of our flight." Space Adventures, which has organised all space tourist trips to date, claims not to have had any contact from Gates - but Russian space agency Roskosmos has confirmed the tycoon recently visited its cosmonaut training centre near Moscow.
Spokesman IGOR PANARIN says, "For now there are no negotiations on taking part in a tourist flight. We have not had any official request from Mr. Gates.
But if Mr. Gates expressed interest we would help him."

California metal band EIGHTEEN VERSIONS have called it quits after 11 years performing together.
The I LET GO performers are hoping to move on to "fresh and new" endeavours.
Bassist, MICK RICHARD MORRIS says, "After several years of touring and quite a few album releases we have decided that it is time to go our separate ways. "We have been a band for a very long time and feel good about everything we were able to accomplish. "At this point in our lives and our careers we feel its time to move on to something fresh and new. "Whether it be music, touring or just being at home to live and enjoy life. A movie based on the life of slain D12 rapper PROOF is expected to premiere in Detroit, Michigan, tomorrow (12APR07).
The film, titled TIME A TELL, will be screened the day after the first anniversary of the lyricist’s death.
It will feature real-life footage of the hip-hop star, real name DESHAUN DUPREE HOLTON, and pal DJ JEWELS as they put together a 18-track CD, titled THE CHALLENGE, in just 24-hours.
Proof was fatally shot outside the CCC club on Eight Mile Road, Detroit (11APR06).

LIBERTAD was originally expected in stores at the beginning of June - but has been set back to late June, early July, according to reports.

LATEST: FALL OUT BOY postponed their North American tour because of health reasons, frontman PETE WENTZ has revealed.
The bassist was moved to speak out after their announcement was followed by rumours the band were planning to split.
Wentz tells MTV, "No one has left the band, no one is dead, and no one is going to rehab. I need that as a big pull quote man, because everyone thinks that. It’s the danger of language and the danger of the times we’re in.
"It’s a health issue, but not a health issue that anyone needs to worry about. It’s not life-threatening, it’s more about overworking and worn down.
"I know a lot of kids were freaking out when we said it, but I wanna say as loud as I can that it’s nothing serious."

Rapper DMX failed to appear in court yesterday (10APR07) to face driving charges, the second time he has skipped a court date.
The hip-hop star, real name EARL SIMMONS, was due to face speeding charges at White Plains City Court, New York state.
He also faces charges for making an unsafe lane change and not wearing a seat belt after he was pulled over in his vehicle last summer (02JUN06).
Judge BRIAN HANSBURY handed the rapper a one-day reprieve, but ordered him to appear in court today (11APR07) otherwise a warrant would be issued for his arrest.
Simmons failed to appear in court last summer (06) to answer the charge and an arrest warrant was issued. He was jailed on 28 June last year, but released on $2,500 (£1,300) bail.
