MANSON’S DARK ALBUM INSPIRED BY SPLIT FROM VON TEESE
Shock rocker MARILYN MANSON coped with his split from DITA VON TEESE by throwing himself into his music.
Burlesque star Von Teese filed for divorce in December 2006, after just a year of marriage.
Manson found the split tough - and warns fans his new album will reflect his emotions at the time of the break-up.
The 38-year-old says of his forthcoming LP, "I’d say it’s got a cannibal, consumption, obsessive, violent-sex, romance angle - but with an upbeat swing to it."
