LAVIGNE AND WHIBLEY BUY $9.5 MILLION LA PAD
Newlyweds AVRIL LAVIGNE and DERYCK WHIBLEY are putting down roots in Los Angeles - they’ve just splashed out $9.5 million (£4.9 million) on a house there.
The pop star and her SUM 41 frontman husband have snapped up the three-storey residence in the wealthy neighbourhood of Bel-Air, according to the Los Angeles Times.
It boasts eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, as well as an elevator, sauna and garage space for 10 cars.
The Canadian musicians wed in Monecito, California last year (JUL06) after dating for two years.
