The 11 prescription medications found in tragic model ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s Florida hotel room the day of her death were prescribed by one doctor.
Documents released by Broward County’s medical examiner DR. JOSHUA PERPER said psychiatrist DR. KHRISTINE EROSHEVICH had authorised all the drugs found in Smith’s suite at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida following her death on 8 February (07).
Over 600 pills, including 450 muscle relaxants, were missing from prescriptions written in the previous five weeks leading up to the 39-year-old’s accidental drug overdose.
Dr Perper said two other doctors had prescribed medication for the former Playboy Playmate, but they were not in her hotel suite.
Records show 62 Valium tablets were missing from a two-week-old prescription and two-thirds of a bottle of sleeping medication chloral hydrate, prescribed on 2 January (07), had gone.
Most of the drugs in Smith’s room were prescribed under the name of her longtime companion, lawyer HOWARD K. STERN.
An autopsy report released last week (26MAR07) concluded Smith’s death had been an accident and ruled out any foul play. Nine different medications were found in Smith’s body.
Stern is currently battling photographer LARRY BIRKHEAD and ZSA ZSA GABOR’s husband PRINCE FREDERIC VON ANHALT over the paternity of Smith’s seven-month-old daughter DANNIELYNN.

Troubled rocker PETE DOHERTY plans to start a family with his supermodel girlfriend KATE MOSS as soon as possible, according to his uncle.
PHIL MICHELS claims the BABYSHAMBLES frontman, who has a son ASTILE with former lover LISA MOORISH, is keen to settle down with Moss.
He says, "Pete and Kate are so in love - they’re talking about starting a family together.
"Pete is already a doting stepfather to (Moss’ daughter) LILA GRACE, and loves spending time with her.

Late actor CHRISTOPHER REEVE’s SUPERMAN costume is up for sale on internet auction site eBay.com.
The red and blue ensemble, valued at between $50,000 and $70,000 (£25,600 and £35,800), is being sold by memorabilia firm Profiles In History.
The auction is set to conclude later today (05APR07) with the bidding starting at $50,000.
The seller says the costume was worn by Reeve in the 1978 movie.

Hollywood filmmaker CLINT EASTWOOD is set to have his face on bottles of Newcastle Brown Ale to celebrate the drink’s upcoming 80th birthday.
DIRTY HARRY legend Eastwood is a longtime fan of the British booze and brewery bosses want his tough guy features to adorn limited addition anniversary bottles of Newcastle Brown Ale.
Brewery spokesman DOUG COOK says, "Clint is a massive fan of the drink.
Having his face on the bottle would be a real eye-catcher."

Veteran British actor GEORGE SEWELL has died at the age of 82.
Sewell, best known for his role as a heavy in 1971 classic GET CARTER, passed away on Sunday (01APR07).
He also starred in movies including THIS SPORTING LIFE (1963) and 1998’s DIAL M FOR MURDER remake, as well as TV shows in his native UK including Z-CARS, SPECIAL BRANCH, THE BILL and CASUALTY.
Sewell once said, "We all know great actors who have struggled, so I feel lucky I’ve made a good living." He is survived by his wife and daughter.

British royal PRINCE HARRY has been warned to curb his partying and start behaving with "dignity".
Royal photographer ARTHUR EDWARDS, 66, is disturbed by the reputation Harry has built following a series of scuffles with paparazzi outside London nightclubs.
In an episode of BBC News 24’s HARD TALK show which airs tonight (05APR07), Edwards says, "Prince Harry is dangerously becoming an embarrassment to the country.
"I like Prince Harry. But he’s an army officer now. If he’d hit that photographer… he could have faced an assault charge.
"He’s not 18 - he’s 22. He should be behaving a lot better and he knows that if he goes to these nightclubs paparazzi hang around.
"The royal family I’ve always admired, even in the darkest times, act with dignity. The fact is… Harry is third in line to the throne."

JACKIE CHAN’s reputation for doing all his own movie action sequences has been thrown into doubt after a stuntman’s claims to have doubled for the martial arts star.
BRUCE LAW made his revelation on his online blog, but refused to name which film he worked with Chan on.
Chan’s spokesman yesterday (04APR07) said that the 52-year-old RUSH HOUR actor is forced to use a stunt double when working on Hollywood movies for insurance reasons.
And Law says, "Sometimes it’s not a matter of whether an actor can perform a stunt but rather the movie company isn’t willing to take the risk."

Bollywood stars AISHWARYA RAI and AMITABH and ABHISHEK BACHCHAN have been nominated for acting prizes at the forthcoming International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards.

LATEST: SIR SEAN CONNERY has laughed off reports a health scare was to blame for his no-show at a Scottish event in New York on Monday (02APR07), insisting he was just undergoing a check-up.
The former JAMES BOND actor, 76, was scheduled to be the guest of honour at the Dressed To Kilt party, which was attended by celebrity guests including LORD OF THE RINGS star BILLY BOYD and singer SANDI THOM.
When Connery failed to turn up on Monday, it prompted speculation he was suffering from ill heath following his successful operation to have a tumour removed last year (JAN06).
However, Connery proved he was fit and healthy when he and wife MICHELINE hosted a charity dinner at Manhattan’s Alba House the following day (03APR07).
He assured guests he had just fulfilled a long-standing appointment for a health check.

LATEST: Argentine soccer legend DIEGO MARADONA has such an addictive personality it may end up killing him, according to his doctor.
The retired sports ace, 46, was admitted to a Buenos Aires hospital last week (ends30MAR07) after over-indulging in food, alcohol and his latest vice Havana cigars.
Maradona has been sedated to stop him leaving the hospital.
His doctor ALFREDO CAHE says, "Cocaine is not involved but it is his addictive personality.
"Now there is a new addiction. He’s smoking up to four Havana cigars a day.
For someone who did not smoke, this is a lot."

DINOSAUR JR rocker LOU BARLOW is pleased the original line-up of the US band has reunited after nearly 20 years, because they can now end things amicably.
Barlow quit Dinosaur Jr following the 1988 album BUG, leaving frontman J MASCIS to continue without him until the group folded in 1997.
The reunited trio - also including drummer MURPH - release new album BEYOND next month (MAY07), and Barlow admits Mascis’ motivation for the comeback is different to his own.
He says, "The way I left the band was very sad. I came back because I wanted to rewrite the ending and turn it into something positive. And I think we’ve managed to do that.
"As far as J was concerned, the main motivating factor was money." He adds, "J doesn’t say anything directly, he only speaks through his manager. It’s weird, but it’s part of the comedy."

Legendary BBC DJ JOHN PEEL still gets sent records in the mail from aspiring musicians - nearly three years after this death.
Peel, who died of a heart attack in Peru in 2004, had one of the largest personal record collections in the world, and contemporary up-and-coming artists still want their music archived at the late broadcaster’s England home.
His widow SHEILA RAVENSCROFT says, "People send in their records and ask for them to be part of his collection. It feels a bit strange but it’s nice to get them."

WHITNEY HOUSTON will gain custody of her teenage daughter BOBBI KRISTINA when her 14 year marriage to BOBBY BROWN ends this month (APR07), a judge has ruled.
Judge FRANZ E MILLER yesterday (04APR07) ruled the couple’s divorce will be finalised on 24 April.
Houston wept when Miller made the announcement. Brown wasn’t present at the hearing at Orange County Superior Court.
The court had earlier heard Houston tell the judge how she did not need spousal or child support from Brown and that 14-year-old Bobbi Kristina could not rely on Brown as a parent.
She said, "He’s unreliable. If he says he’s going to come, sometimes he does.
Usually he doesn’t." Brown’s lawyer has vowed to appeal the decision.

R&B star ALICIA KEYS has a sporty new hobby - she has fallen in love with marathon running.
The singer-turned-actress discovered the joys of long distance running while training for her role in movie SMOKING ACES, and became so hooked she travelled to Greece to sweat through the original marathon route.
Keys explains, "I just ran a marathon - I did that in my spare time. I like to challenge myself.
"I did the original marathon, which was very exciting.
"It kind of started with Smokin’ Aces because I was training in a way that I’d never trained before. I started doing a lot of running and I really got into that.
"The cardio side of it just put my mind at ease and after everything with Smokin’ Aces I just kind of woke up and thought, ‘I want to run a marathon!’ So we started preparing for it and I did. It was weird. It was the weirdest sensation."
