Justin Timberlake would never slate his ex-girlfriends because he still loves them.
The 26-year-old singer has rubbished reports he ever spoke ill of his former partners - including Britney Spears and Cameron Diaz - saying it is all spun by celebrity magazines.
He told Details magazine: ‘I despise what they do. They create soap operas out of people’s lives. It’s a spin game, and I choose not to take part in it. I would never say anything bad about anyone. I love a lot of those people.’ The ‘SexyBack’ singer split with long-term love Diaz in January, while his four-year relationship with Spears ended in 2002.
According to reports, Timberlake ended his four-year romance with the ‘Charlie’s Angels’ actress because she was putting too much pressure on him to settle down.
The singer is also said to still feel bitter towards former sweetheart Spears, who allegedly cheated on him.
He once admitted he never knew the ‘real’ Spears and would love to lift the lid on ‘every little dirty thing’ about the troubled ‘Toxic’ singer.
Since splitting from Diaz, Timberlake has been romantically linked to Jessica Biel and Scarlett Johansson.
