DAFOE’S EARLY CAREER STUMBLE

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 4:35 am

SPIDER-MAN star WILLEM DAFOE almost lost his chance at fame when he was fired from his first job as a movie extra.
American actor Dafoe appeared briefly in the 1980 Western film HEAVEN’S GATE, which starred KRIS KRISTOFFERSON and CHRISTOPHER WALKEN.
The 51-year-old says, "Well I was on Heaven’s Gate. "I saw it again recently. There’s something odd about the story but there were some beautiful things in it. I’m a glorified extra and I basically got fired from the movie.
"Still, you can see me in it here and there."
