WAHLBERG SETS HIS SIGHTS ACROSS THE POND

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 6:11 pm

Sexy Hollywood actor MARK WAHLBERG is desperate to play an Englishman as a follow-up to his tough guy marksman character in SHOOTER.
The 35-year-old star, who put on a thick Boston accent for his Oscar nominated role in THE DEPARTED, says a period piece role is high on his things to do list.
Wahlberg says, "I’d love to take a shot at directing. I’d love to play a boxer. And I’d love to play an English guy. "I don’t have to play (British Prime Minister) TONY BLAIR or anything, but I’d like to take a crack at the accent - maybe a period piece or something."
