FUEL STAR SCALLIONS TO JOIN THE DOORS
Former FUEL frontman BRETT SCALLIONS will replace THE CULT singer IAN ASTBURY in DOORS reunion band RIDERS ON THE STORM.
Scallions beat a host of hopefuls to land the job in Doors founders ROBBY KRIEGER and RAY MANZAREK’s touring band.
Astbury joined the group when they were known as the DOORS OF THE 21ST CENTURY in 2002. Manzarek and Krieger were forced to change the name when former bandmate JOHN DENSMORE won a copyright infringement battle.
