MELANIE C STUNNED BY POSH PAPARAZZI ATTENTION
Former SPICE GIRL MELANIE CHISHOLM was stunned when she spent a day with her former bandmate VICTORIA BECKHAM, because she’d forgotten what it felt like to be a paparazzi target.
Since the girl group split in 2001, Chisholm admits the level of media interest in her has dropped, but Beckham is still besieged by photographers wherever she goes.
She says, "I spent a day with Victoria in Madrid. I’d forgotten what it’s like being stalked by paparazzi and the state of your fringe being world headline news.
"I thought, ‘This would be fun for about a week.’ But it’s exhausting. Of course she doesn’t have to cook or clean or do a supermarket shop, but it’s like people living in your head."
