WYNONNA JUDD TO DIVORCE JAILED HUSBAND
Country star WYNONNA JUDD is filing for divorce after learning her husband D.R.
ROACH was arrested for aggravated sexual battery against a minor.
Roach, who is currently being held on $750,000 (£384,000) bail in Texas, was arrested and charged with three counts of battery against a 13-year-old last week (22MAR07).
In a posting on her website, announcing her decision to divorce Roach, Judd writes, "I am obviously devastated." Roach has been estranged from Judd since December (06), and he has been battling alcoholism in rehab since February (07).
Roach worked as Judd’s bodyguard for 10 years before the couple wed in November 2003.
