LATIN MUSIC AWARDS HAND OUT HONOURS
LOS TIGRES DEL NORTE, WISIN & YANDEL, FRANCISCO SALDANA and MANUAL EDUARDO TOSCANO were among the big winners at the 14th annual Latin Music Awards on Friday (23MAR07).
Veteran group Los Tigres del Norte claimed the night’s BMI Icon honour while Wisin & Yandel stars JUAN MORERA LUNA and LLANDEL VEGUILLA were named Songwriters of The Year.
Songwriter/producers Saldana and Toscano were also saluted, while SHAKIRA’s hit LA TORTURA claimed the night’s Song of The Year prize.
The awards were held at the Venetian Resort Hotel in Las Vegas.
