The former BEVERLY HILLS, 90210 star has always been a big fan of the 1980s all-girl group and hoped their 2000 reunion would give her the chance to join them for a song or two.
And she still hopes bass player MICHAEL STEELE will return to the group, so she can realise her dream.
She says, "I’d want to be the (singer) SUSANNA HOFFS in the Bangles, because I still, to this day, love them.
"If I ever get tipsy enough to do karaoke, I always sing (Bangles hit) ETERNAL FLAME."

Campbell’s supervisor for the week, sanitation chief ALBERT DURRELL, has confirmed the model successfully completed her service, which she was ordered to perform as punishment for throwing a mobile phone at former housekeeper ANA SCOLAVINO.

The producers of new sci-fi movie STARGATE: CONTINUUM have hired the US Navy’s Applied Physics Laboratory Ice Station in the Arctic for a week of filming.
Cast and crew will be braving the icy temperatures 200 nautical miles north of Alaska to shoot scenes for the film project - a spin-off of TV series STARGATE SG1 - next week (ends30MAR07).
Filming will also involve US Navy submarine USS Alexandria,which will burst through the ice and into the cold Arctic air for one pivotal scene in the new movie.
CHARLES COHEN, Senior Executive Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at film studios MGM, says, "We are excited to be working with the US Navy on filming these epic scenes in the arduous conditions of the Arctic."

Sexy pin-up VIDA GUERRA opted to bare all for men’s magazine Playboy to prove that Internet images of her naked were bogus.
The curvy model-turned-actress snubbed offers to strip for magazines several times before she agreed to a Playboy spread last year (06).
Fake snapshots of her made her feel it was time to bare all and show fans the real Guerra.
She explains, "They (Playboy) had asked me three times (and) I got a little upset about the situation. They were making such a big deal about it that I said, `I might as well take Playboy up on their offer and do it in a nice, classy, tasteful way, since everyone is so curious to see how I look in my birthday suit." And Guerra urges fans not to get duped by fake nude shots in the future, insisting they should look for her beauty marks.

MARK WAHLBERG brought the pain when he agreed to show off his shooting skills on a Canadian TV show - and left an intern in agony.
THE ITALIAN JOB star was promoting new movie SHOOTER, in which he plays a sniper, when TV hosts challenged his marksmanship - and turned a lowly crewmember into a moving target.
Wahlberg says, "They said, `You can’t really shoot and they gave me a paintball gun and they put this poor intern, like, 30 feet away from me with very flimsy padding, and they were like, `OK, you can shoot him anywhere you want.’ "I shot him in the chin, the paint went right through the mask. This poor kid was lit up like a Christmas tree." Sharp-shooting Wahlberg actually trained with real-life snipers as part of his preparation for the film.

LATEST: Actress ZSA ZSA GABOR’s husband has submitted a DNA sample in Los Angeles in a bid to prove he means to fight for paternity of ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s baby daughter DANNIELYNN.
PRINCE FREDERIC VON ANHALT came forward the day after the tragic model’s death last month (FEB07), claiming to be the child’s biological father.
And as Smith’s companion HOWARD K. STERN and her ex-boyfriend LARRY BIRKHEAD await the results of a DNA test in the Bahamas to find out who the baby’s father is, Von Anhalt insists he wants to be a part of the proceedings.
The Hungarian royal believes Dannielynn is his lovechild - from a secret 10-year romance he had with Anna Nicole.
Von Anhalt, who has threatened to file for custody if either Birkhead or Stern are named as the father, says, "I’m going to fight to the bitter end… I should fight for her (Dannielynn). If it is my baby, I’m going to love the baby very much."

LATEST: Actress VIVICA A. FOX has been charged with two misdemeanour counts of drink driving after being arrested for failing a field sobriety test on Tuesday night (20MAR07).
Fox was charged with one count of driving while impaired and one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, according to TMZ.com.
If convicted on both counts, Fox faces a maximum six months in jail and a hefty fine.

ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s longtime companion/lawyer HOWARD K. STERN has been given time to appeal a DNA test, conducted to identify the biological father of the tragic model’s baby daughter.
Stern is listed as the father on little DANNIELYNN’s birth certificate but photographer LARRY BIRKHEAD, Smith’s ex-boyfriend, claims he’s the six-month-old girl’s real dad.
Little Dannielynn was swabbed for a DNA sample earlier this week (20MAR07) after a judge in the Bahamas, where the tot was born, ordered Stern to submit the baby for the test.
Sources claim the DNA test results are now available but there is a gag order in effect that will keep the identity of the father confidential until at least 3 April (07), when the next meeting in the ongoing paternity case is scheduled.
The biological father is expected to win custody of the little girl.

Rocker BILL WYMAN fears he’ll never get the chance to photograph his former ROLLING STONES bandmates again - because MICK JAGGER and KEITH RICHARDS would never acknowledge he’s a good enough snapper.
The former Stones bassist has an impressive archive of his ex-bandmates, taken during magical moments on the road and in the studio.
Wyman will be showing off some of the prints at a new Morrison Hotel Gallery exhibition in Los Angeles, which begins today (24MAR07).
But he insists the idea of getting another chance to snap the Stones is far-fetched.
He explains, "The Stones have never been interested in any members doing anything that isn’t Stones involved. They’re not interested in anybody in the band doing something that’s not part of what the band do.
"It’s a weird political thing and it’s something that no one talks about.
They don’t support each other like THE WHO did or the BEATLES did or U2 did, or LED ZEPPELIN.

The medical glove METALLICA star JAMES HETFIELD wore after suffering second and third-degree burns during a 1992 concert is being auctioned off on website eBay.
The seller claims to have obtained the odd item from Metallica’s former tour manager.
The autographed glove comes with a Hetfield guitar pick, a 1991-92 world tour after-show pass and two photocopied photographs of Hetfield wearing the glove.

CAROL RICHARDS, the singer who teamed up with BING CROSBY to record Christmas classic SILVER BELLS, has died at a hospital in Florida. She was 84.
Richards shot to fame after winning a singing contest, promoted by Crosby, and became the real voice behind classic songs in a host of movie musicals.
The singer’s voice was dubbed over actresses for tunes in films like BRIGADOON and SILK STOCKINGS.
Richards also became a household name in America thanks to regular appearances on a popular 1950s variety show hosted by her mentor Crosby’s brother BOB.
She gave up her career to become a mum, and when she married her fifth husband, EDWARD SWIEDLER, she became mother and stepmother to 11 kids.

SLY & THE FAMILY STONE are set to become the next supergroup to reform, according to the reclusive frontman’s sister and former bandmate.
Singer/keyboardist ROSE STONE admits eccentric Sly is on the verge of rejoining the group he recorded funk classics with after making a series of surprise appearances with them.
Rose Stone has kept The Family Stone band going since her brother quit the group, and she’s convinced her sibling is about to announce an official comeback.
She tells Billboard.com, "I think that’s more of a probability than a possibility. My personal feeling is it’s not over. It’s just not over.
"We’re on a pause as far as the original group goes, but we’ve expanded from where we were and we’re all still very hot at doing what we do.
"He’s doing music, and that’s one of the reasons I believe we’re going to be hooking up again. We’ll just see what happens. Everything looks promising."

Rapper LIL’ JON has been added to the Guinness Book of World Records as the owner of the largest diamond pendant ever.
The hip-hop star’s `Crunk Aint Dead’ pendant has weighed in as the globe’s biggest - it’s 7.5 inches (19 centimetres) tall, six inches (15.2 centimetres) wide, and one inch (2.5 centimetres) thick.
The impressive diamond accessory, valued at a whopping $500,000 (GBP2546,400), weighs almost 12 pounds (5.4 kilograms) and features 73 carats of diamonds - 3,756 genuine round-cut white diamonds set in 18-karat yellow and white gold.
Jon, real name JONATHAN SMITH, says, "I’m glad the Guinness World Records folks acknowledged me and my `Crunk Aint Dead’ piece. I spent a load of money on that chain.
"I had no idea I would break a record and be recognised for it. It’s an honour… I grew up reading and hearing about people and celebrities who break records in the Guinness world records book and it always fascinated me. Now I’m on the list." And the rapper has sent out a challenge to his peers to try and top his feat of bling: "Let’s just see how many rappers try to outdo my pendant and break my record."

Rocker GRACE SLICK is suing former bandmate PAUL KANTNER, alleging he’s touring under the name JEFFERSON STARSHIP without her permission.
Slick and the group’s former manager BILL THOMPSON insist Kantner is violating trademark rights and a 1985 legal settlement he signed by performing as Jefferson Starship.
They claim, under the terms of the settlement, Kantner agreed never to use the names `Jefferson’ or `Airplane’ without consent from Slick, the majority shareholder in Jefferson Starship Inc.
Thompson tells Billboard.com the only reason Kantner hasn’t been sued by himself and the WHITE RABBIT singer for continuing to tour under variations of the names is because they’re "Good Samaritans." The manager says, "(Him) playing small fairs didn’t irritate us so much." Thompson explains Kantner upset himself and Slick earlier this year (07) when he agreed to let Microsoft Corp. use the Starship name to promote a new product.
The new suit claims Kantner has cost Thompson, Slick and Jefferson Starship Inc. more than $750,000 (GBP384,600) in revenue from using a name not rightfully his. The suit seeks to confiscate his profits and stop him from performing as Jefferson Starship.

Troubled DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES star JESSE METCALFE has won the support of his one-time TV mistress as he battles alcoholism in rehab.

MARILYN MANSON’s ex-girlfriend ROSE McGOWAN has signed on to play legendary B-movie actress SUSAN CABOT in a new biopic.
The film, BLACK OASIS, is based on a Premiere magazine article about THE WASP WOMAN star’s rise to fame and her bizarre death in 1986.
Cabot was killed when her dwarf son TIMOTHY bludgeoned her with a weightlifting bar. He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter.
