DEFTONES CALM DOWN
California quintet THE DEFTONES have put their fighting and hard-drinking behind them to focus on enjoying their world tours.
After three years of struggles an in-fighting, the MINERVA group finally managed to finish their current release SATURDAY NIGHT WRIST, and have taken it upon themselves to view life in the band in a far more positive light.
And frontman CHINO MORENO has ditched his negative attitude to touring, which he once branded "a drag and needing to get drunk to get through it".
He says, "I’ve been going to sleep after the shows and waking up early and skateboarding around town, actually seeing the places I’m going to.
"I’ve been learning to appreciate the fact that I’m able to travel around the world and make music."
