Suri Cruise has taken her first steps.
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ 11-month-old daughter accompanied her parents to watch her brother and sister, Connor and Isabella, play basketball at the weekend and decided she wanted to get some exercise of her own.
A source is quoted by website Popsugar as saying: "Katie put Suri down on the ground and she just took off.
"Katie was supporting her but she was raring to go. It was so cute." Suri was born on April 28 last year – the anniversary of Tom and Katie’s first public date together in Rome.
However, she was not seen in public until September which sparked numerous conspiracy theories about her birth.
Katie, 27, recently spoke of her love of motherhood.
She said: "I love it! Suri is doing really, really well. She’s a beautiful little girl. I feel so honoured to be her mom, really.’ When asked about losing her post-baby weight, she explained it was all down to ‘a lot of walking’.
