PELLICANO PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO NEW CHARGES
Private investigator to the stars ANTHONY PELLICANO has pleaded not guilty to new wire tapping charges.
Pellicano is already charged with breaching the privacy of a string of stars including SYLVESTER STALLONE. The latest version of the indictment against him relates to claims he spied on the ex-wife of billionaire KIRK KERKORIAN, LISA BONDER KERKORIAN, during a child custody case.
Pellicano, who is currently on remand, plans to defend himself against all the charges against him when the case goes to trial in August (07).
His arrest and indictment was the result of an investigation dating back to 2002, which resulted in charges being filed against 14 people."
