A hotel insider said: "He wanted lots of bowls filled with Haribo sweets and also asked for a toy xylophone. He also asked for a 6ft by 6ft giant mirror." Michael - who jetted into London with his three children, son Prince Michael, daughter Paris and youngest son Prince Michael II, last week - is famed for his outrageous hotel demands.
Last year, he had an 18ft wall built at London’s Hempel Hotel so he, his children and his entourage could have more privacy, and it is not unusual for the star to hire entire floors.
Rumours are rife that Michael is in London to sell his rights to his catalogue of Beatles songs.
The ‘Billie Jean’ singer - who infuriated Sir Paul McCartney when he outbid him for the rights to the group’s music 22 years ago - is being forced to sell the catalogue after running up huge debts, believed to total £180 million.
In 1995, he was forced to sell part ownership of the catalogue, valued at £750 million, to his former record company Sony. He then used his remaining share as security for further loans.
The deal with Sony stipulated that if he was unable to pay the loans back he would have be required to sell the remainder of the catalogue by May 31 2008.

The former ‘Baywatch’ star sparked rumours she was reuniting with her ex-husband Tommy Lee after they were photographed kissing outside Santa Monica restaurant The Ivy earlier this month. But Pammie insists she will not rekindle her romance with Tommy or date any other man, because her boys are the only ‘men’ in her life.
The actress - who has two sons, ten-year-old Brandon and nine-year-old Dylan, with Tommy - wrote on her website: "I’m really not interested in bringing any other men into our lives.
"My biggest concern has always been my boys - they are completely well adjusted, happy and thriving.
"Their dad has been in their lives in a productive but small way over the years, I’ve tried to remarry - move on.
"Like any other single mom I’ve tried to create a healthy example for my kids. That’s why I realised early on that we are better off on our own right now, but I will work on my friendship, if nothing else, with their father who has admittedly made mistakes but adores us.
"People do need time to grow up sometimes. I have faith that we’re heading in the right direction." Pammie, 39, also revealed she is to star in a new TV show from the makers of ‘Baywatch’.
She said: "One more TV show I think, maybe three more years on the beach.
"I can’t say no to the guys from ‘Baywatch’, they are great to my kids. My schedule is built around theirs, just a few days a week.

Photographer Josh Levine filed a law suit for $2.5 million yesterday (19.03.07) claiming the ‘A Scanner Darkly’ star assaulted him as he filmed him leaving Hollywood nightclub Element last June.
Video footage shows Levine trying to get Harrelson’s attention by telling him he can’t help following him because ‘you’re just so sexy’ as he pursues the actor and his entourage down the street.
The ‘Natural Born Killers’ star then approaches Levine and puts his hand over the video camera.
The lawsuit, filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, states that when Harrelson covered the camera, he simultaneously pushed it into Levine’s ribs breaking the equipment.
The court documents allege that Harrelson then put both of his hands around the plaintiff’s neck and threatened him. At the time, Levine filed a police report stating that Harrelson had broken the viewfinder on his video camera and then, when the photographer began using a digital still-picture camera, Harrelson grabbed his neck, leaving him with minor abrasions that required hospital treatment. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office chose not to press felony charges, with prosecutors stating the footage of the incident didn’t prove that Harrelson had intended to break the camera or cause Levine bodily harm.
The Attorney’s Office also opted not to file misdemeanour charges.

"She kept saying ‘Come on Justin, please, please, please come!’ She was begging him!’ Justin reportedly offered to visit the troubled singer in rehab last month, but Britney’s mother Lynne begged him to keep away, insisting it would be too much of a distraction.
Justin is also said to have written a letter of support to Britney.

The actress, who officially adopted the three-year-old Vietnamese boy last week, arrived in Hanoi yesterday (19.03.07) to arrange for Pax to leave the country.
Angelina, who was accompanied by her five-year-old adopted Cambodian son Maddox, will meet with US Embassy officials today to arrange the visa.
Once the visa is issued, Angelina can take Pax Thien back to the US. She is hoping to leave Hanoi on Wednesday (21.03.07).
The ‘Tomb Raider’ actress recently revealed she would be taking a break from work to spend time with her children.
She said: ‘I will stay at home to help Pax adjust to his new life. I have four children and caring for them is the most important thing for me at the moment. I am very proud and happy to be their mother.’ Angelina also apologised to Pax for bringing him into her high-profile life, but has promised to take him back to Vietnam on a regular basis.
She said: ‘Photographs and press coverage will make him upset. I’m very worried about that. I would like to say I’m sorry for bringing this into Pax’s life. We will pay regular visits to your country.’

New Line executives were believed to be pursuing the actor to play the superhero in new comic book movie ‘Shazam’, but screenwriter John August has now rubbished the reports.
August wrote on his personal website: "I can pretty much assure you he has never heard of the project and we have never discussed him. After several months of meetings, casting has come up exactly zero times. There is no casting list." While August insists Jake has not been contacted about the role, he admits the ‘Brokeback Mountain’ star would make a convincing superhero.
August said: "If we did have a casting list, Jake’s name would probably be on it, but trust me, there is not a list. There is just a script to be written, which I should probably get back to." Last week, Jake was said to be at the centre of bidding war to star in two separate comic book blockbusters.
As well as being linked to ‘Shazam’, which is based on a DC comic, Jake was also rumoured be replacing Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man in the fourth instalment of the hit movie series.
Tobey has already admitted he is ready to retire as the web-slinging superhero, and director Sam Raimi believes Jake would be an ideal replacement.

British actress JOAN COLLINS is set to play the WICKED QUEEN in a British pantomime production of SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARVES this Christmas (DEC07).
The 73-year-old star, who has been touring with the play LEGENDS in the US, will return home to participate in one of the traditional productions put on at the New Wimbledon Theatre in London.

A British TV wildlife expert has been attacked by a rabid cheetah while filming in Kenya.
TV presenter SIMON KING was mauled by the six stone (35 kilogram) animal, which pounced on the star at the Lewa Wildlife Conservatory during filming for BBC show TOKI’S TALE - in which he releases a cheetah he hand-reared for four years into the wild.
King was taken to a nearby hospital after the wild beast inflicted a large wound in his arm. He was treated along with a female colleague, who was also attacked by the cheetah, and both were given anti-rabies treatment.
He says, "It was a bit of a close call for me - it’s so rare for a wild animal to attack a human, thankfully."

ANDY WARHOL’s iconic painting of MARILYN MONROE is predicted to sell for $15 million (£7.7 million) when it goes up for auction in New York City in May (07).
The artwork, entitled LEMON MARILYN, is one of 13 portraits Warhol created for his first one-man show in 1962.
An anonymous American collector, who purchased the painting for $250 (£128) just three months after Monroe’s untimely death in August 1962, will sell the piece at auction house Christie’s later this year (07).

LATEST: The sister of murder victim NICOLE BROWN SIMPSON has accused the family of the slain RON GOLDMAN for attempting to cash in on the manuscripts of O.J.
SIMPSON’s scrapped book IF I DID IT.
A Los Angeles judge ruled last week (14MAR07) for the script to be auctioned off - a decision which followed Judge GERALD ROSENBERG’s earlier order that, if ever published, the proceeds from the book must help pay off the $33.5 million (£17 million) Simpson owes following a 1997 civil case for wrongful death.
If I Did It hypothetically places Simpson at the scene of the 1994 murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.
And although the proceeds of the book’s sale would be given to the families of both victims, Nicole’s sister DENISE BROWN is determined to prevent the manuscripts from ever being sold, because profitting from their loss would be "immoral".
She tells the New York Daily News, "This overzealous pursuit to collect on the judgment does not morally justify a means to an end.
"Everybody knows Simpson did it; we don’t need his written confession.
"The Goldmans’ sudden reversal of positions is transparent to their true motive which is to collect money." Simpson was famously acquitted of criminal murder charges in 1995.
