GERVAIS CONFIRMS FINAL EXTRAS EPISODE
LATEST: British comedian RICKY GERVAIS has confirmed he will make one final episode of his TV hit EXTRAS.
Gervais and his writing partner STEPHEN MERCHANT have decided to end the BBC show with one more episode instead of drawing out the popular comedy with a third series.
But the Emmy-winning creator of THE OFFICE has yet to set a date for the special show.
A spokeswoman for Gervais says, "We don’t have a date or any details about the cast yet," before adding that the idea was in its "very, very early" stages.
