And Candy showed her double glee during a spending spree.
Among the items the Spelling matriarch bought were a Mia Bossi leather diaper bag, onesies, gowns and airplane booties, according to US news show ACCESS HOLLYWOOD.

LATEST: Troubled pop star BRITNEY SPEARS has reportedly been lashing out at her rehab facility, demanding special food and refusing to pick up after herself. The TOXIC star has allegedly been behaving badly because she feels she has been forced into rehab by friends and family.
A source tells American publication Star, "Britney has a seriously bad attitude problem.
"She’s been very demanding, acts like a 12-year-old and throws temper tantrums when she doesn’t get what she wants.
"She refuses to pick up after herself and even asked if she could hire a maid! "She’s asking for this and that, special food, special everything and she’s not that nice to anyone.
"She keeps saying she is just sick from postpartum depression and that she does not have any real addiction problem, which is a joke. She has an addiction."

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE’s reported former girlfriends JESSICA BIEL and SCARLETT JOHANSSON have become unlikely friends after being spotted shopping together in Paris, France recently.

ANNIE LENNOX is plotting a comeback after teaming up with ALANIS MORISSETTE’s songwriter-producer GLEN BALLARD on her "most intense" album.
The former EURYTHMICS star and Ballard are working on Lennox’s first album in four years.
Grammy Award winner Ballard tells Billboard.com, "It’s a very intense record.

KATIE HOLMES’ ex-boyfriend CHRIS KLEIN made his lobbying debut at a congressional hearing about arts education on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
on Tuesday (13MAR07).
The AMERICAN PIE star testified on the importance of restoring arts funding to public schools at a hearing before the House Appropriations Subcommittee on the Interior.
Klein revealed that arts programmes at his Omaha, Nebraska high school led to him being discovered and making his debut in the 1999 film ELECTION, co-starring REESE WITHERSPOON.
The actor joined jazz musician WYNTON MARSALIS and Black Entertainment Television (BET) co-founder SHEILA JOHNSON to press Congress to restore funding for the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) to levels from 15 years ago before those funds were slashed.
They asked that funding for the NEA be increased to $176 million (£90 million) for the 2008 fiscal year. That figure matches the federal government’s all-time high allocation in 1992.

Oscar-winner REESE WITHERSPOON purged her wardrobe and turned over a new fashion leaf after ending her marriage to RYAN PHILLIPPE last year (06).
The 30-year-old decided to get rid of anything that wasn’t working in her for her and had a massive closet cleaning session.
In her first interview since the split, Witherspoon told Harper’s Bazaar magazine, "I recently put a big pile of clothes on the floor of my closet and I looked at a lot of the stuff and thought, ‘That’s not me at all. What was I thinking?’ I went through a pink phase (for LEGALLY BLONDE) like you wouldn’t believe.
"Then there was a (Italian designer) MARNI phase, when I was doing SWEET HOME ALABAMA that was out of control!" Witherspoon’s friends have benefited from her changing style.

LATEST: ANGELINA JOLIE and BRAD PITT’s son MADDOX welcomed his new brother into the family by holding the orphan’s hand as he left the Vietnamese institute where he has grown up.
Jolie and her five-year-old son arrived at the Tam Binh orphanage outside Ho Chi Minh City, where the actress’ new son has spent the last three years, earlier today (15MAR07) after flying into Vietnam late on Wednesday (14MAR07).
Mother and Maddox were greeted by approximately 20 children dressed in traditional Vietnamese tunics and offering flowers as they embarked on the final stages of the adoption procedure.
Orphanage director NGUYEN VAN TRUNG insists Jolie has made a wise choice in the three-and-a-half-year-old boy, whose name has been changed from PHAM QUANG SANG to PAX THIEN by the actress.
Van Trung says, "He’s the smartest and cleverest among the kids." But the adoption almost hit a late hiccup, according to the orphanage boss: "I was a bit worried in the morning
. When Sang saw Jolie and two of her big bodyguards, he moved back and cried
. Jolie kneeled down and gradually went closer to him
. It took about 20 minutes for her to reach him." Van Trung added that "after Jolie made acquaintance with him, he cheered up and trusted her right away".
Maddox also attempted to soothe his new brother by holding his hand.
The orphanage director adds, "He was very friendly to Sang."

The model who reportedly stole OLIVIER MARTINEZ away from KYLIE MINOGUE has released a pop song cashing in on her ‘other woman’ status.
SARAI GIVATI was at the centre of Minogue’s split from Martinez earlier this year (07) and is trying to launch her own recording career.
The 24-year-old has yet to be signed by a record label, but fans can listen to her debut single, INSANE IMAGINATION, on her website.
The tune appears to be inspired by her illicit love affair with the French actor.
In the song, Givati speaks of her longing for her lover and of her growing anger and impatience as she waits for them to finally be together.
The lyrics are thought to be a veiled reference to Martinez continuing his relationship with Minogue for several months after the pair were first romantically linked in November (06).
Martinez’s father ROBERT recently confirmed his son was dating Givati saying, "Yes, he (Olivier) is still seeing her."

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL and HAIRSPRAY star ZAC EFRON is in talks to star in the title role of SPEED RACER.
Efron was granted permission by Disney to leave the HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 2 set for a day so that he could attend a Speed Racer callback audition.
The live-action adaptation of the Japanese cartoon series is being made by THE MATRIX filmmakers ANDY and LARRY WACHOWSKI.
The movie is scheduled to for a 23 May 2008 release.

Celebrated moviemaker WARNER HERZOG once bet a cast of "midgets" he would jump into a cactus if the little stars made it to the end of the film unscathed.
The German director had to live up to his word when his stars completed the film - without serious injury.
He tells Esquire magazine, "I was shooting a film with an entire cast of midgets, and one caught fire and was run over by a car. He was completely unhurt.
"I was so astonished, I told the cast that if they all escaped filming unscathed, I would jump into a cactus for their amusement. And they did, so I jumped into a cactus."

Disney animators are going royally politically correct by creating the company’s first black princess.
The star of new film THE FROG PRINCESS, which is set in New Orleans, Louisiana, will be an African-American character, called MADDY.
Studio bosses unveiled their latest project at an annual shareholders’ meeting in New Orleans yesterday (14MAR07).
Disney’s chief creative officer, JOHN LASSETER, has also revealed the new film would return to the classic hand-drawn animation process, instead of using computer animation.
Oscar-winning songwriter RANDY NEWMAN also attended the shareholder’s meeting, where he performed a new song from The Frog Princess score.
The film is set for release in 2009.

The little robot that could has inspired a new futuristic design on mail collection boxes - to commemorate the 30th anniversary of moviemaker GEORGE LUCAS’ sci-fi epic.
The US post office is wrapping mail boxes in 200 cities nationwide in a special covering - so they look just like R2-D2.

Former X-FILES star DAVID DUCHOVNY is returning to series television in a comedy featuring him as womaniser with a teenage daughter.
US cable network Showtime has picked up the as-yet untitled series which features Duchovny playing a writer who juggles a 16-year-old daughter, an ex-wife whom he still cares for and an insatiable appetite for beautiful women.
Showtime plans to launch the series in August (07), paired with the network’s critically acclaimed comedy series WEEDS.
Duchovny will also serve as a producer on the project.

The producers of US TV contest DANCING WITH THE STARS are convinced celebrity amputee HEATHER MILLS has a real chance of winning the new season of the show because she has a toughness her fellow contestants lack.

Movie icon DAME ELIZABETH TAYLOR has offered up her best advice to struggling stars like LINDSAY LOHAN and BRITNEY SPEARS in a hardhitting new TV interview.
The beloved actress urges today’s Hollywood starlets to stop grumbling about the hazards of fame, growling, "Fame costs you privacy… You have no right to a private life." Taylor’s tough words came during the recent taping on an interview with US news show ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, which will air tonight (15MAR07).
The Oscar winner states, "If you want to be private, don’t go out seeking it (attention). Home is a very nice place, you can make it a nice place." Taylor suggests Hollywood’s party girls only have themselves to blame when life in the spotlight starts driving them crazy - and into rehab.

FERGIE has finally made it to the top of the US pop charts after nine weeks of being GLAMOROUS.
THE BLACK EYED PEAS star suffered a setback when her new hit was removed from internet download store iTunes last month (FEB07) - prompting Glamorous to plummet down the Billboard Hot 100.
The error was corrected and the pop star shot back up the countdown, which relies heavily on sales from downloads, and with a final spurt from eight to one, she has claimed the top spot.
Moving 166,000 digital downloads, the track is also the week’s biggest digital sales gainer and has scored a number one on the Hot Digital Songs chart.
Last week’s number one, MIMS’ THIS IS WHY I’M HOT falls to number two on the new chart after spending two weeks on top.

Blues great B.B. KING is launching a US touring festival with pals AL GREEN and ETTA JAMES this summer (07).
The B.B. King Blues Festival will visit Atlanta, Georgia; Detroit, Michigan; Chicago, Illinois, and Los Angeles, among other cities.
The 16-city trek will begin at the site of tragic model ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s death, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida on 24 July (07).
JOAN OSBORNE, ROBERT RANDOLPH and JAMES HUNTER will join the tour for select dates.
It’s unlikely the tour will venture overseas because 81-year-old King announced last year (06) he’d no longer be performing abroad.
