SCHWARZENEGGER: ‘BLAIR IS A GREEN ACTION HERO’
Actor-turned-politician ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER has applauded British Prime Minister TONY BLAIR for his policies attempting to tackle global warming branding him an "action hero".
Governor Of California Schwarzenegger has named Blair as the inspiration behind his decision to help battle climate change, a move which has seen him pledge to cut the state’s greenhouse gas emissions by 80 per cent.
He says, "Inaction in the end will cost us hundreds of billions of dollars.
So it is better to create the action and Mr Blair is the action hero."
