WOLFMOTHER STAR CAUGHT UP IN RENT HASSLE
Aussie rocker ANDREW STOCKDALE has been hit with a rent headache after stalling on payment for his Bel Air mansion in Los Angeles.
The WOLFMOTHER singer admits he forgot about his home away from home while touring the world - and suddenly received an email from the mansion manager threatening him with legal action due to late rent.
The threat brought Stockdale crashing back to earth the day after he claimed his first Grammy Award last month (FEB07).
He explains, "The day after we won the Grammy, I got an email from the real estate agent saying the rent was late and to avoid being taken to the small claims court, ‘Please direct debit your arrears.’ "I have to sort out this stuff. There isn’t a personal assistant."
