BROWN ‘SHOULD BE BANNED’ FROM DRIVING
Controversial rapper FOXY BROWN should be banned from driving according to local authorities, having racked up 16 traffic violations in New York in less than three years.
Brown - real name INGA MARCHAND - only holds a learner’s license in New York, but has been ticketed for violations including running red lights, changing lanes without signalling and driving without insurance, reports the New York Daily News.
The troubled hip-hop star also owes the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) fines worth $4,780 (£2,451) - citations she has reportedly refused to pay since 2004.
Spokesman for the DMV KEN BROWN says, "She has to answer all these different summonses before she’s allowed to drive." The traffic violations are the least the 27-year-old has to be worried about, after her latest charge for battery last Wednesday (07MAR07) in relation to a incident in a Florida beauty store last month (FEB07).
