WINEHOUSE TEAMS UP WITH EX-SUGABABE
Former SUGABABES star MUTYA BUENA is teaming up with fellow London singer AMY WINEHOUSE to record a duet.
Buena quit the pop trio in late 2005 to spend time with her baby TAHLIA MAYA, but is planning to launch her debut solo album later this year (07).
Brit Award winner Winehouse met Buena at a recent industry bash and the strong-voiced singers have decided to collaborate.
A source says, "Amy and Mutya have a lot in common and have talked about collaborating for a while.
"As labelmates it’s easy to sort out and Amy’s involvement will give her a real kick-start." Buena has been working with GROOVE ARMADA on her new album REAL GIRL, which is scheduled to hit UK stores in June (07).
