MACPHERSON GRATEFUL FOR PALTROW SALES BOOST
Supermodel ELLE MACPHERSON has her celebrity pal GWYNETH PALTROW to thank for boosting sales of her lingerie firm’s maternity bra.
The Australian beauty’s range Elle Macpherson Intimates already secures good sales globally, but after the Hollywood actress spoke of her love for the collection’s maternity bra on a US chat show, sales rose sharply.
Macpherson says, "I certainly never asked her to say what she did.
"Gwyneth is a friend. I sent her some bras when she was pregnant and she loved them.
"I’m lucky to have famous friends who love underwear. I regularly send them samples from my collections and their feedback sometimes gives me new ideas."
