BECKHAMS’ HAIRDRESSERS FOLLOWS THEM TO LA
British celebrity couple DAVID and VICTORIA BECKHAM’s hairdresser is following the couple to Los Angeles.
Hair stylist BEN COOKE has cared for the pair’s locks for seven years and has decided to expand his salon business to LA in wake of the Beckhams’ move Stateside.
The Beckhams are moving to Los Angeles later this year (07) after soccer ace David completes his transfer from Spanish club Real Madrid to LA Galaxy.
Cooke’s business partner JONATHAN LONG explains, "We had meeting in LA when Victoria was there for the Oscars about expanding our brand over there.
"Ben flies anywhere in the world to be with the Beckhams if he can. It would easier if we had our own salon there. Friends say Victoria can’t live without us, which is lovely. We don’t want to rely on ‘brand Beckham’, although Victoria’s name on our books mean a lot. Victoria is really excited about us setting up in the US."
