DITTO BLASTS MOSS’ PRESENCE AT NME AWARDS
THE GOSSIP singer BETH DITTO hit out at KATE MOSS at the NME Awards last night (01MAR07), accusing the supermodel of attending an event she had no business being at.
American Ditto was furious she was up against Moss for the Sexiest Woman trophy - which went to the British beauty - at the Hammersmith Palais ceremony in London.
And, for the second time in two days, Ditto questioned the integrity of the New Musical Express.
She said, "I don’t even know why she’s here. Just because she’s sleeping with a singer (PETE DOHERTY) and sings a few backing vocals she thinks she’s it.
"I don’t see what all the fuss is about - I thought the NME had far more integrity than that."
