Former DOCTOR WHO star BILLIE PIPER is reportedly to marry her boyfriend LAURENCE FOX, who she only started dating at the end of last year (06).
The 24-year-old, who was previously wed British broadcast mogul CHRIS EVANS, has fallen head over heels in love with the actor son of screen veteran EDWARD FOX.
An insider tells British newspaper The Sun, "The Fox family is buzzing with the news that an engagement announcement is imminent.
"It seems a little sudden but everyone knows how incredible in love they are."
