CAMPBELL ASHAMED OF TEMPER TANTRUMS
Supermodel NAOMI CAMPBELL is filled with "a deep sense of shame" after coming under fire for attacking her former assistants.
The British beauty is currently in anger management therapy after being found guilty of abusing one former aide and owning up to throwing a cellphone at another during a rage.
And, in an exclusive new interview with US TV show EXTRA - which airs later today (27FEB07), Campbell has poured out her heart, confessing, "I have a deep sense of shame for the things I’ve done.
"I was really being destructive to myself. I didn’t know how to ask for help.
I didn’t know how to reach out. It was a really scary time." Of the infamous phone-throwing incident, she says, "I felt very remorseful for having thrown the phone at someone that didn’t deserve it.
"(It was) tiredness, lack of sleep (and) just so many things." Campbell also reveals she has daily therapy sessions and uses crystals to calm down.
She adds, "I think they bring great energy. You should see how many I travel with."
