CROWE MAKES KIDMAN SQUIRM, CLOONEY & ROBERTS HAVE FUN WITH PITT
OPRAH WINFREY’s first primetime Oscars special gave RUSSELL CROWE and JULIA ROBERTS the chance to grill their famous friends on camera last night (22FEB07).
Crowe interviewed NICOLE KIDMAN for the programme and prompted the blushing COLD MOUNTAIN star to slam his interviewing technique when he probed her about a rumoured pregnancy, while Roberts couldn’t resist quizzing pal GEORGE CLOONEY about his lovelife.
Shocked Kidman lashed out at her fellow Antipodean movie star, saying, "Would you stop it. This is really dangerous territory… You are the worst interview." Clooney and Roberts’ cosy chat turned into a three-way conversation when mutual pal and OCEAN’S ELEVEN co-star BRAD PITT phoned in to surprise the couple.
