SMITH JUDGE HALTS VIDEO RANT
LATEST: The US judge presiding over the custody battle of ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s body yesterday (21FEB07) rejected video evidence in which the former model branded her mother "evil".
Smith’s estranged mother VIRGIE ARTHUR is pleading that her daughter’s remains be buried in her native Texas.
However, Smith’s lover and lawyer HOWARD K STERN insists the busty blonde would have hated her parent’s intervention and offered stark video footage to prove her distaste for Arthur.
In the clip, Smith calls her mum "evil", accuses her of physical abuse, and warns she will never be allowed to see her baby daughter DANNIELYNN.
However, Florida Circuit Judge LARRY SEIDLIN ordered the video to be stopped, declaring Smith was of unsound mind at the time following the tragic death of her son DANIEL in September (06).
Stern wants Smith to be buried next to her son in the Bahamas.
