British boy band McFLY are set to perform a gig in space courtesy of Virgin boss SIR RICHARD BRANSON.
Branson intends to sell space travel at £100,000 ($180,000) a trip from 2009, and has confirmed the ALL ABOUT YOU hitmakers have his permission to sing among the stars.
He says, "McFly are lovely guys. I’m totally up for it." Drummer HARRY JUDD adds, "We’d have to go to NASA in America for a three-day course to become proper astronauts."
