HEIGL HOPEFUL GREY’S ANATOMY CAST CAN RETURN TO NORMAL

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:22 am

LATEST: GREY’S ANATOMY star KATHERINE HEIGL is confident the cast of the hit series can move forward after the controversy surrounding co-star ISAIAH WASHINGTON.
Washington made headlines after using an anti-gay slur towards co-star TR KNIGHT and subsequently checked into rehab for treatment.
Heigl claims the cast usually gets along well and that the set felt "like work as usual" now that Washington has returned.
The star, who has been a staunch supporter of her friend and castmate Knight, believes the appropriate measures were taken under the circumstances.
She adds, "If it were ignored or just brushed under the rug, I would be angrier about it. But he’s trying very hard. We’re all trying very hard.
"I, obviously, have been very verbal about all of this, but there isn’t a lot going on right now. We’re all hopeful."
