MACPHERSON PCC COMPLAINT UPHELD
A series of photographs showing ELLE MACPHERSON on holiday have been dubbed "an intrusion of privacy" by the UK’s Press Complaints Commission (PCC).
British magazine Hello! printed pictures of the supermodel and her family on the private island of Mustique in August last year (06), after which Macpherson lodged a complaint with the regulatory body.
The PCC have upheld Macpherson’s complaint, ruling the star was entitled to a "reasonable expectation of privacy" at the resort.
Hello! magazine was not censured by the PCC for publishing the pictures.
