British singer JAMES BLUNT has slammed his sensitive image as a songwriter and insists he really is a party animal.
The YOU’RE BEAUTIFUL star claims the media has it all wrong when it comes to his image - all because of his romantic hit song.
He says, "Everyone thinks I’m this quiet singer-songwriter who stays at home every night. I’ve never been that person. I’m a big partyer." The 32-year-old says going out has actually helped his songwriting adding, "I drink a lot. I do." He states, "I go to a quiet place and start writing. I’m not an observer, (songs come from) something I’ve experienced or felt. "The last two years will have a place on the next record."
