A US lawyer collecting a client who had been caught drunk driving was arrested for the same offence.
Rick Petri, 64, from Madison, Wisconsin, returned home at 8pm after having a couple of drinks.
At 2am he was called by Madison police, who asked him to collect his client who had been arrested for drunk driving.
On arrival, Petri himself was given a breath test and was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Petri told the Wisconsin State Journal: "I did not think I was intoxicated, and I was wrong.
"I can’t tell you how humbled I am, how embarrassed I am."
