BEYONCE KEEPS CHARGING FALL OUT BOY FROM THE TOP

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 10:34 pm

BEYONCE is proving to be untouchable at the top of the US pop charts after landing an eighth successive week at number one.
The former DESTINY’S CHILD star’s hit IRREPLACEABLE stunned chart watchers when it became the only record to keep FALL OUT BOY’s THIS AIN’T A SCENE, IT’S AN ARMS RACE from the top.
More than 160,000 downloads landed the punk pop group’s new release at number two on the new Billboard chart.
But Fall Out Boy won’t be complaining - their impressive debut is the highest bow for a band on the chart since AEROSMITH’s I DON’T WANT TO MISS A THING crashed in to the top spot way back in 1998.
Meanwhile, NELLY FURTADO’s SAY IT RIGHT rises to number three.
Former AMERICAN IDOL star CHRIS DAUGHTRY’s enjoying a good week - after taking his debut album to number one yesterday (24JAN07), the rocker’s hit IT’S NOT OVER races up the charts from number 21 to number six. (KL/BB/SH) WENN - SIXTH - HOLLYWOOD, SHOWBIZ & PEOPLE NEWS - 25 JANUARY 2007
