Singer/actress ALICIA KEYS loved her intense training regime for the film SMOKIN’ ACES so much, she decided to keep working out and train to run a marathon in Greece.
The FALLIN’ singer makes her big screen debut in the film playing a tough hit woman out to kill a sleazy magician played by JEREMY PIVEN.
She explains, "It kind of started with Smokin’ Aces, because I was training in a way that I’d never trained before. "I just kind of woke up and thought, ‘I want to run a marathon.’ "So we started preparing for it and I did! It was the weirdest sensation. It was pretty long - it took me five hours!"
