GATELY HAD CRUSH ON BARLOW
Former BOYZONE star STEPHEN GATELY was inspired to join a boy band because of his crush on TAKE THAT frontman GARY BARLOW.
Barlow was the creative driving force behind Take That in the group’s 1990s heyday, but he was usually overlooked by fans when it came to crushes, in favour of ROBBIE WILLIAMS and MARK OWEN.
But gay star Gately now confesses to being secretly attracted the Barlow, and is delighted by the band’s success following their reunion.
He says, "I’m really pleased for them. They’re all very attractive guys.
"When I was younger Gary was my favourite. He’s quite handsome.
"I think he looks even better now, too."
