DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE SINGER MAKES BIG SCREEN DEBUT

DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE singer/guitarist BEN GIBBARD is making the leap from indie rock star to indie film star. Gibbard has scored a role in the big-screen adaptation of DAVID FOSTER WALLACE’s short story collection BRIEF INTERVIEWS WITH HIDEOUS MEN.
The film will be directed by JOHN KRASINSKI, who plays JIM in the American version of THE OFFICE.
Other cast members include SNAKES ON A PLANE star BOBBY CANNAVALE, THAT ’70s SHOW star MILA KUNIS and Kransinski’s co-star from The Office, RASHIDA JONES.
