WINEHOUSE BLAMES JETLAG AND VIRUS FOR GIG ‘VOMIT’
LATEST: Singer AMY WINEHOUSE claims the reason she rushed off stage during a gig last weekend (06JAN07) was because she was jet-lagged and had a virus.
The REHAB star played just one song at club night GAY at London’s Astoria venue before she clutched her stomach and swiftly left the stage.
According to British newspapers, Winehouse exited the spotlight to be sick after spending the day drinking with her friend KELLY OSBOURNE.
However, Winehouse denies the reports she was ill.
She says, "I wasn’t vomiting on the side of the stage."
